Paul Lobosco’s Waterfront Property Specialization stems from his international clients’  yachting needs giving him a unique expertise in qualifying and procuring waterfront properties with private dockage and/or full service marinas.

Along with yachters,  many of our clients enjoy the waterfront areas that do not have easy access to the general public, are gated, secure and private.

Amerigo has represented clientele on the Intracoastal and Island communities in Miami Beach, Aventura, West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale. In California,  San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhoods, Sausalito, San Rafael, Tiburon, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach and Santa Monica. In Massachusetts-Martha’s Vineyard, Falmouth and downtown Boston.
